SHERATON GRAND PANAMA, Panama City – A Smart Stay in the City

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with exquisite rooms that offered terrific views of both the ocean and the city. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the overall experience was great, although the dining options were a bit limited.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious and had a nice window overlooking the pool and surrounding buildings, though there was a slight issue with mold. They are very large, comfortable, and meet business standards. The service was exceptional, especially at the buffet-style restaurant and in providing necessary information and support. The location was convenient for access to the airport and Costa del Este, although it wasn't ideal for exploring the city. The dining options were extensive and delicious, and the facilities were top-notch.

My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms, although on the smaller side and in need of some updates, were surprisingly clean and offered beautiful ocean views. On the bright side, the service was excellent with friendly and professional staff, although there was a slight discomfort in one interaction. The location was perfect for various activities, including shopping and dining, especially for those visiting the nearby convention center. Sadly, the dining experience fell short in terms of food quality and variety. Despite these mixed points, the facilities were satisfactory.
